Special Build Pan Mixers
The SS and Favorite Pan Mixers can be built with various drive systems to suit a customers exact requirements. For example, electric drive versions can be built in to stationary mixing plants. We can build electric versions with adjustable legs so that they can be used on different sites with minimum set up time (see pictures on this page).
Hydraulic drive versions are commonly used on telescopic handlers but we can also build them on to lorries for specialist mobile mixing.
For totally independent mixing we can supply mixers with diesel engine power packs and for maximum mobility these can be mounted on a trailer chassis.
Weighing sytems can be built in to any system.

The Fliegl Duplex Mixers are a development of the proven SS and FA Pan Mixers and have the advantage of a twin rotor mixing system which has been designed specifically for use on tele handlers, forklifts and backhoe loaders.

Fliegl Pan Type Mxers.
Fliegl mixers have been sold in the UK by Kilworth for 20 years with well over 3000 units sold.
The basic pan mixer is tractor 3 point linkage mounted and PTO driven as standard. For mobile mixing using a telescopic handler or backhoe loader an hydraulic kit is available.
For stationary mixing, for example with a batching plant, electric motor drive units are available. SS type mixers are filled through the mesh grid on the top of the mixer, usually with a loader, backhoe bucket, skid steer etc.
The SS mixer is a heavy duty mixer with 2 stage reduction gearbox (except 401SS) and is suitable for contractors, farmers etc.

Computer controlled electrically driven mixing plants up to 2.5 cbm also available.
